Venkateshwara Automation & Controls Pvt. Ltd. (VACPL) designs and manufactures electrical, instrumentation and automation panels in Pune, India. Founded in 2001 by Arvind Barhate, the company has grown to three manufacturing units, a team of 100+ including 30 engineers, and customers in 21 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
We build the panel and write the software that runs it. Design, enclosure fabrication, wiring, PLC/SCADA programming, testing and commissioning are all done by VACPL staff, which is why we can commit to lead times and support the panel for its working life.
Our assemblies follow IEC 61439; short-circuit designs are type-tested at ERDA and CPRI to 50 kA and 70 kA; enclosures are ARAI-tested from IP52 to IP66. VACPL is ISO 9001:2015 certified, Sedex SMETA 4-pillar audited, CE-marked for export and a Schneider Electric Alliance Partner for intelligent MCC integration.

VACPL augmented by qualified personal experienced in large industrial projects. VACPL being operating in India, providing total end - to - end solutions to its customers for instrumentation based electrical and PLC SCADA based automation solutions as well as bigger MCC panels up to 6000 amps. With 50kA and 70kA fault levels. We have a strong technical team of software engineers who develop the software applications for our automation projects.
Since inception of the company, we have been rendering the supply of electrical control panels, in the entire country. Currently VACPL is on a global expansion policy to expand its business horizons & is looking for strategic alliances for its turnkey based Power & Electrical Solutions (concept to commissioning) & control panels manufacturing division from unexplored markets.
We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization. With our strong focus on quality compliance, our quality has always been up to mark. We offer international standard product range at a very low cost in the competitive market.
We use superior quality raw material and eco friendly technology in manufacturing these products. Our quality controllers conduct stringent quality test on varied parameters like durability, precision dimensions and raw material to ensure global standard of quality. VACPL - enterprising engineering unit, started by a team of young & again enterprising leaders - is heading towards becoming one of the leading panel manufacturers in India – catering to all types of industries all over country.
